PROGRAMS
The Hoffman Center has various programs up and running already, but we’re always interested in developing more.

CLAY PROGRAM
The Clay Program is held in the Hoffman Center Annex (594 Laneda Ave.) and makes use of a slab roller, three sculpting wheels, a kiln and lots of supplies.
The program is run by a tremendous group of volunteers. Anybody can stop by, watch what’s going on, and get involved. The Clay Open Studio is held each Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
LIFE DRAWING
The Life Drawing group meets weekly in the Hoffman Center main building (595 Laneda Ave.). Persons interested in getting involved are asked to contact Judy Sorrel at 503-368-7868 for specific information.
MANZANITA WRITERS’ SERIES

Each month a published author comes to town to read from his or her works. The events are typically held on the third Saturday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Annex.
Following the author’s portion of the program, local and visiting writers can use the open microphone to read from their own works – no more than five minutes. Check the Manzanita Writers’ Series section of our website for complete information.
WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU WANT?
To keep with its mission, the Hoffman Center can accommodate a wide variety of artistic, cultural and educational programs. If you have one in mind – something you would like to see, or perhaps would like to lead -- please contact us at hoffmancenter@nehalemtel.net. We would like to hear from you.
