PUT ON AN EVENT
The Hoffman Center welcomes ideas for workshops, classes and events from volunteers and professionals in our community or nearby. Please complete the Event/Workshop Proposal form to help HC understand your proposal and ensure we have the right setting and resources to make it a success.
Revenue Sharing:
The Hoffman Center has two options for sharing revenue. You can simply rent the space you need. We’ll make sure your event, workshop, or class is posted on our calendar, and you’ll be responsible for all marketing. If you choose to split your revenue - as a percentage of the tuition or a portion of ticket sales - the Hoffman Center includes a full marketing package, including: press releases to community newspapers and email lists, flyers developed and reproduced (you post them), as well as the Hoffman Center ad.
Rental Agreement:
In addition to the proposal form, please read and sign the Rental Agreement.
